California Adventure was our first stop on our 3 day adventure of the Disneyland Parks. Not knowing what to expect as only Adam had ever been to the park before, we were an excited bunch! We had very clear directions to start the day with a fast pass to the Cars ride which had an average wait time of 1 1/2 hrs. Well.... you can plan and plan and even dream about your plan to avoid the huge ling ups but not all plans work out. We missed the fast pass line for the Cars ride and our adventure in California Adventure took a quick turn. The most anticipated Cars ride that we waited almost 2 hours for because of it breaking down ended up being a ride that Bennett said " I will never go on that ride AGAIN"! With this little speed bump under our belts the rest of our day was magical.... We met some characters, enjoyed rides together and we introduced the boys to cheeros! We all couldn't wait for Disneyland tomorrow, thinking it was more our speed, being a family that only Gavin, Adam and Grandma enjoys going on the crazy rides!
