Parent / Teacher Interviews

Grade 1 interviews are student let, which means Bennett lead us through a bunch of different activities that they were working on in class.   He showed us how in math he can do different math patterns, he read us a story and demonstrated his writing skills.  It was a very proud moment form both Bennett and us!  We have a little scholar on our hands who works very hard.  

First Day of School for our boys

Our tradition for as long as it lasts, is to take the boys out for breakfast before their first day of school. Bennet chose a healthy Tim Hortons, over Gavin's choice for McDonalds.

FIRST DAY OF KINDERGARTEN

 The day is officially here...Bennett has started his education career (tear, tear).  Actually no tears from either of us, he was so excited there was no way that I could be sad :)  I was able to spend the first half an hour of school with Bennett while he got comfortable, we read a story and made a name tag.  I think Gavin is just as proud of his big brother as we are.

Noah's Ark Playschool

Today was Bennett's first day of Playschool!  He was so excited!!

Adam and I were pretty excited for him too.

I know he loved it because ever since he got home he's been playing teacher with Gavin, so happy he loves school!!

Tuesdays at School

Bennett left for a school a sweet little boy and came home as a TIGER!

First Day of PLAYSCHOOL!!!

Today is Bennett's official start to his school career.  Yup, my big boy started play school today without a tear in his eye and honestly not in mine either.  He is so ready and excited for school  it would be selfish of me to be sad to see him go.  

Now his brother was a different story, when we went to pick Bennett up and the door was closed because the class was just finishing, Gavin was calling Bennett...Bennett hanging on the door handle waiting for his big brother to come out.

So proud of you!

Little Rock Climber

Bennett is going to "school" once a week where they try a new sport and do a classroom activity each day and did I mention that he LOVES GOING TO SCHOOL!!

Today was climbing and Bennett did an amazing job.

Oh my gosh, that sure seems high!
